DHL Shipping & Returns

At Salt Milano, we partner with DHL for fast, secure delivery worldwide. The following terms apply to all DHL orders:

Shipping Schedule

  • Dispatch from Skopje: within 1–3 business days
  • Transit time: varies by destination (weekends and public holidays excluded)

Shipping Fees

  • Refused or unclaimed parcel: €10 return fee for EU destinations, €30 for non-EU
  • Returned due to incorrect/incomplete address: same fees apply (€10 EU / €30 non-EU)

Order Changes

  • To change your shipping address or order details, email saltmilanomk@gmail.com before your order is dispatched.
  • Once your package is in transit, we cannot guarantee any further modifications.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

  1. Check your DHL tracking number on DHL’s website for the latest status.
  2. If the issue persists, email saltmilanomk@gmail.com and we’ll step in on your behalf.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds (including any return-shipping fees) are processed back to your original payment card.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. To arrange one, contact saltmilanomk@gmail.com.
