DHL Shipping & Returns
At Salt Milano, we partner with DHL for fast, secure delivery worldwide. The following terms apply to all DHL orders:
Shipping Schedule
- Dispatch from Skopje: within 1–3 business days
- Transit time: varies by destination (weekends and public holidays excluded)
Shipping Fees
- Refused or unclaimed parcel: €10 return fee for EU destinations, €30 for non-EU
- Returned due to incorrect/incomplete address: same fees apply (€10 EU / €30 non-EU)
Order Changes
- To change your shipping address or order details, email saltmilanomk@gmail.com before your order is dispatched.
- Once your package is in transit, we cannot guarantee any further modifications.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
- Check your DHL tracking number on DHL’s website for the latest status.
- If the issue persists, email saltmilanomk@gmail.com and we’ll step in on your behalf.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds (including any return-shipping fees) are processed back to your original payment card.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. To arrange one, contact saltmilanomk@gmail.com.
