By placing an order on saltmilano.mk you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Scope & Acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to buy under these Terms. We accept by shipping your products.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are shown in EUR and include local VAT if applicable.

  • Payment is taken at checkout via Stripe. Transactions are secure and encrypted.

  • You agree not to dispute a payment that you authorized.

3. Order Confirmation & Contract Formation
A binding contract is formed when you receive our order confirmation email.

4. Shipping & Delivery
All DHL shipping terms apply (see our DHL Shipping & Returns section). Dispatch within 1–3 business days; transit times vary by destination.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Import duties, customs fees or local taxes charged by your country are your responsibility. Please check with local authorities before ordering.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • If you refuse or don’t collect a parcel, see our DHL returns fee (€10 EU / €30 non-EU).

  • Refunds processed back to your original card.

  • Exchanges subject to stock availability; contact us for assistance.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Salt Milano’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods. We disclaim any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (text, images, designs) is owned by Salt Milano. You may not reproduce or use it without our permission.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Any dispute will be resolved via binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules.

10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
